Refund Policy

Le Squirrel's room rates are non-refundable, unless a 'Free Cancellation' room rate has been purchased. These room rates are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. The refund will be returned to your original form of payment and will take up to 21 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
